In 2007 I had my first knee replacement. I actually enjoyed the rigors of rehabilitation and missed it when it was over. That was when I decided to start coming to Genesis. I’ve been coming 3 times a week ever since.
Up until February of this year, my wife of 26 years and I had a motorhome. We have traveled extensively over the last 14 years in the RV. We have been as far north as Maine and as far west as California. We enjoyed traveling with friends and seeing so much of our beautiful country. One of the main advantages of traveling in the RV is that we can take our family, of pets with us. The dogs are a great ice breaker when traveling and because of them we have met a lot of very nice people.
My wife and I are very active in greyhound rescue. We work with the Gainesville organization that takes retired racers and places them in foster homes and then into their forever homes. We also do some work with Basenji Rescue and Transport. It seems my mission is to helping dogs!
Following the Gators is my hobby. Love going to baseball and softball games and watching anything Gator sports related on TV.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be anyone whoever is buying!
My favorite quote is “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” – the Golden Rule from the Bible.
