- Full free-weight room with squat racks, Smith machine, Olympic flat benches, adjustable incline/decline benches, preacher curl bench, lifting platforms
- Dumbbells from 5 to 110 lb
- Olympic barbells, EZ-curl bars, full plate selection
- Dual cable crossover towers and functional trainer
- Dedicated group fitness studio with mirrors, soft flooring, and audio system
- Tanning services
